The aim of the Red Dragon Karate
Institute is to take karate back to its original combative use while retaining the
elements of manners & respect expected of all students of martial arts. The knowledge,
techniques & principles taught are ancient and proven to work - the emphasis being on
the ability to effectively defend ones person against the type of attacks common in the

The Keiko Shotokan Karate
Association runs a full time training centre situated in Paignton, Devon. As well as
providing tuition in the Shotokan style of Karate they also host courses in Aikido, Tai
Chi Chuan, Ju Jutsu, and Kickboxing, Aerobic kickboxing, and self-defence sessions. |
